Drainage Remedies
Taking a large number of supplements isn't necessary. Before starting drainage, I was taking 48 supplements a day. Now, I take just five—and am exponentially healthier. While some supplementation is still necessary, true healing comes from carefully selected combinations of one or more natural medicines used in biotherapeutic drainage remedies.
UNDA Numbered Compounds
UNDA Numbered Compounds have been used for over a century to support the body’s natural detoxification processes. These carefully formulated remedies utilize small amounts of plants and trace minerals specifically selected for their affinity to various organ systems, including the nervous, endocrine, and digestive systems.
What makes UNDA remedies unique is their ability to work intracellularly, supporting the body's natural elimination of toxins, both endogenous (produced by the body) and exogenous (from the environment). These compounds also help release physical toxins and emotional stress stored at the cellular level, allowing cells to regain balance and proper function.
Gemmotherapy
The term “gemmotherapy” comes from the Latin word gemma, meaning “bud” or “seed.” Gemmotherapy uses buds, young shoots, and rootlets—the most vital and energetically rich parts of the plant—during their active growth phase, when healing compounds are most concentrated.
The plant material is macerated in a mixture of glycerin, water, and alcohol, capturing a broad range of active compounds that would otherwise diminish as the plant matures. The extract is then diluted to a mild potency (Hahnemann 1X or D1) to gently support the body's natural healing and regenerative processes.
Phyto-Therapy Macerates
Phyto-therapy macerates are similar to gemmotherapy but are more concentrated and energetically potent. While both use buds and young shoots, phyto-therapy macerates are undiluted mother tinctures, making them more powerful.
Some producers use dynamized water and gentle maceration methods to preserve the energetic "life" of the plant material. These remedies can act on physical, functional, energetic, and even spiritual levels. Phyto-therapy macerates are available as single herbs or synergistic blends.
Homeopathic Remedies
Homeopathy, founded by Dr. Samuel Hahnemann in the late 18th century, is based on the principles of “like cures like” and ultra-dilution. A substance that causes symptoms in large doses can, when highly diluted and potentized, stimulate the body to heal those same symptoms.
Remedies are derived from plants, minerals, and animal substances, and are diluted and vigorously shaken (succussed) to enhance their energetic properties while eliminating toxicity. Homeopathy is prescribed based on the totality of physical, emotional, and mental symptoms for a truly individualized approach.
Tissue Salts
Also known as cell salts, tissue salts were developed by Dr. Wilhelm Heinrich Schüßler in the 19th century. These twelve mineral compounds naturally occur in the human body and are essential for cellular health.
Tissue salts help correct mineral imbalances within cells, enhancing cell function, supporting the body's natural healing processes, and promoting overall wellness. They are gentle, safe for all ages, and widely used to support chronic and acute health concerns.
Organotherapy
Originating in the 1800s with Dr. Louis Joseph Lux, organotherapy uses dynamized extracts from healthy organs or glands to support the function of the corresponding tissue in the patient. In low homeopathic potencies, these remedies aim to stimulate, regulate, or restore organ function—such as the liver, thyroid, or adrenal glands.
Oligotherapy
Developed by Dr. Jacques Menetrier in the 1950s, oligotherapy involves the use of trace minerals in small, physiological doses to support enzyme function at the cellular level. Unlike high-dose supplements, these minerals are rapidly absorbed sublingually and work gently to rebalance the body’s metabolic and detoxification pathways.
Flower Essences
First developed by Dr. Edward Bach in 1938, flower essences are a subtle yet powerful form of vibrational medicine. Each flower carries a unique energetic signature that can shift emotional, mental, and spiritual imbalances. By releasing negative emotional patterns and promoting positive states of being, flower essences support healing on all levels.
Typically, 3–5 essences are combined into a personalized blend and taken 3–5 times daily for emotional and energetic support. Today, hundreds of flower essences are available from plants around the world.
